This Homemade Constipation Juice is the ideal characteristic clogging solution for the two babies and more seasoned children alike - no juicer required! This juice is made in the blender with crisp pears, strawberries, prunes and a dash of nectar and is so invigorating your children will really love to drink.
There is no doubt as far as I can say that her fixation on eating cheddar for each dinner of the day matched with the way that she would rather not drink water expedited this episode of blockage.
Be that as it may, obstruction can happen to all children paying little mind to their age or cheddar utilization, and it very well may be agonizing, awkward and humiliating for them.
Rather than going straight for over-the-counter prescription that can be hurtful to the little ones gut wellbeing, I selected a fun squeeze that would give a delicate and healthy way to deal with alleviate her blockage.
- 1 ripe pear, peeled, cored and roughly chopped
- 5-6 strawberries, frozen or fresh
- 1 prune
- 1-2 tablespoons honey, optional
- 4 cups water
- In a small bowl, place the prune and cover with hot water. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- In a blender, add in the pear, strawberries, prune, honey (if using) and 4 cups of water and blend on high for 2-3 minutes.
- You can serve as is, but it might be a little pulpy for some kids. I like to strain the juice first. You can do this by placing afine mesh colanderover a bowl and pouring the juice through the colander, straining any excess pulp before serving. Or you can use a nut bag by placing the nut bag over a bowl, pouring the juice into the nut bag and then while holding the nut bag over the bowl, letting the liquid drip out of the nut bag before serving. The nut bag gives the thinest consistency (what you would normally think of as juice) while not straining it at all gives the thickest consistency. I have served the juice all 3 ways and my 3 year old drank them all down equally.
