Nutella is a most loved from old to youthful and once in a while when I am out of chocolates then I scoop and have Nutella,well you more likely than not done this as well.
Rather than making some chocolate natively constructed sauce I thought of utilizing Nutella rather and the mix was simply astounding!
- 1/3 Cup Butter,Unsalted
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- A pinch Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon Ground
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1 Cup Water
- For Coating:
- 1/3 Cup Sugar,Powdered
- 2 Tablespoon Cinnamon Ground
- For Dip:
- Nutella
- Extra:
- Oil to fry
- In a sauce pan,add sugar,water and butter.
- When it starts to boil, reduce the flame and add salt,cinnamon,vanilla and flour.
- Mix quickly and switch off the heat.
- Cover the pan and keep aside to cool off for 10 minutes.
- Once its cooled down,add the egg and with the handheld mixer whisk well till the dough is soft and smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan and while its getting hot,add the dough in a Icing Piping Bag with a Star Tip.
- When the oil is hot, start piping the churros in oil or pipe them on a parchment paper and then drop them in oil.
- Cut off the tip with a fork or a pair of scissors.
- Fry these on medium flame till golden.
- Drain the Churros on a kitchen tissue paper,and roll them in the sugar and cinnamon mix.
- Enjoy these while they are warm with Nutella or any other sauce.
