Investigate our Noodles and Wrapper Ingredients page to see the assortment of noodles you can use for this dish. The rice vermicelli noodles are our most loved for this one!
We use Maesri brand Thai red curry glue that comes in minimal 4 ounce jars. Examine our Chinese Sauces Ingredients page to search for pictures and connections for where to buy it!
Include the chicken stock, water, fish sauce, and coconut milk. Heat to the point of boiling. Now, taste the soup for salt and alter flavoring appropriately (include salt if necessary, or if it's excessively salty, include a touch of water).
Pour the bubbling soup over the dried vermicelli noodles in your serving bowls, include a crush of lime juice and your embellishments, and serve. The noodles will be prepared to eat in two or three minutes.
(On the other hand, you can add the noodles to the bubbling soup to cook them, and afterward separate among serving bowls).

- 1 cup water (235 ml)

- 6 oz. dried rice vermicelli noodles (170g)
- lime wedges, sliced red onion, red chilis, cilantro, scallions (to garnish)

At this point, taste the broth for salt and adjust seasoning accordingly (add salt if needed, or if it's too salty, add a bit of water). Pour the boiling soup over the dried vermicelli noodles in your serving bowls, add a squeeze of lime juice and your garnishes, and serve. The noodles will be ready to eat in a couple minutes.
