Weekday morning meals, fun, no? I can review numerous an early daytime strolling to class with a bunch of graham wafers and an apple attempting to get the young men to accept chomps as we go. Abandoned.

They currently get dressed independent from anyone else, prepare their knapsacks, and are commonly increasingly "alive" in the mornings. Ingredients
  • Layer 1 - Pineapple
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk I used light
  • Layer 2 - Mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk I used light
  • Layer 3 - Strawberry
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup vanilla or strawberry yogurt
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk I used light
Instructions
  1. Blend ingredients for layer one. Pour into two glasses, dividing equally.
  2. Blend ingredients for the second layer. Spoon into the two glasses, dividing equally.
  3. Blend ingredients for the top layer and spoon into the two glasses, dividing equally.
  4. Top with shredded coconut if desired.
